1 Side of Wagyu Beef (Reserve Deposit)

This is a $1,000 deposit to reserve. We will call you after you place your deposit to discuss cuts and arrival time of your beef. Customer will have choice of all cuts and thicknesses. A half beef will be 230-250 pounds of packaged meat (1/2 of all the cuts of the animal). Total approximate cost is $3,800 before tax. Shipping/delivery is minimal if within 100 miles of Tulsa.
Here is the approximate list of cuts and packages that come with a half beef (depending on the size of the animal). You can increase the number of bratwurst, summer sausage and breakfast sausage if you wish, increasing/decreasing your ground beef pound for pound.
