Our sturdy cardboard shipping boxes contain a heavy-duty polystyrene cooler with a 1 1/2″ wall thickness that contributes to insulating products from heat outside. The beef is shipped frozen and combined with one to three Nordic NI24 24 oz. gel ice packs, depending on the quantity and duration of your order. If you’re shipping distance takes longer than normal, we will pack with dry ice. Our goal is to get the product to you frozen and/or at safe temperatures.

This depends on when you ordered and where you want it shipped.
                – For Oklahoma and most of the North Texas area. Orders placed on Monday thru Wednesday  will ship within 24-48 hours and arrive the next day. Orders placed from Thursday thru Sunday to these same areas will ship the following Monday and arrive the following day. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us.
                – For all other out-of-state orders, we will ONLY ship on Monday and Tuesday to ensure that no shipments remain in a delivery truck or warehouse over the weekend. This ensures your order will arrive at safe temperatures and no later than Friday.

What if my beef arrives partially or completely thawed?2023-04-25T17:32:00+00:00

This can be expected on some shipments and is completely normal. All our meat is flash-frozen immediately after processing. If the meat arrives partially frozen or refrigerator-cold to the touch, it is perfectly safe and fresh.  Please freeze it when it arrives. All our packaging is vacuum sealed to lock in freshness. This packaging can make your meat last up to 2 years in your freezer. So, simply place any meat directly into your freezer and prepare it later as you wish.

What if one of my packages is broken or leaking?2023-04-25T17:32:17+00:00

This is rare but can happen. Please take a photo of the broken package or problem and send it to us. We will respond as quickly as we can and remedy the situation.

Usually, yes. Just contact us and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.

If you place your reserve deposit on a bulk option, you will be contacted quickly. However, if you’re in need of information before you decide, please contact us and we will get back to you promptly.
