WHY WAGYU?
Simply put, it just tastes better! To that add, the unique marbling of American Wagyu has a healthy fat with a good portion of that fat with a lower melting temperature than other standard breeds, which liquefies quickly. And, if you haven’t tried it, it has a unique, rich, buttery flavor that you won’t soon forget.
WHAT WE DO
We are a family ranch located in northeastern Oklahoma. It is our goal to naturally and humanely raise the best beef possible. And we bring it straight to you with the knowledge that what you are buying is not only extremely high-quality and delicious, but was made with an immense family pride and in remembrance of a husband, father and grandfather who taught us to be faithful, honest and honorable to everyone.
