This is a deposit to reserve. We will call you after you place your deposit to discuss arrival time of your beef. Customer will have choice of all cuts and thicknesses. The estimated total price is $7800 (no tax, no shipping if within 200 miles of Tulsa) and the estimated final walking weight is between 1450 and 1600 lbs. Expect between 430-460# of meat total.
Here is the approximate list of cuts and packages that come with a whole beef (depending on the size of the animal). You can increase the number of bratwurst, summer sausage and breakfast sausage if you wish, increasing/decreasing your ground beef pound for pound.
