This is a $600 deposit to reserve. We will call you after you place your deposit to discuss arrival time of your beef. A quarter beef will be 115-125 pounds of packaged meat (1/4 of all the cuts of the animal). Total approximate cost is approximately $2,000 before tax/shipping. Shipping/delivery is minimal if within 50 miles of Tulsa.
Here is the approximate list of cuts and packages that come with a quarter beef (depending on the size of the animal). You can increase the number of bratwurst, summer sausage and breakfast sausage if you wish, increasing/decreasing your ground beef pound for pound.
