This is a $600 deposit to reserve. We will call you after you place your deposit to discuss cuts and arrival time of your beef. A quarter beef will be 115-125 pounds of packaged meat (1/4 of all the cuts of the animal). You can request bratwurst, summer sausage, breakfast sausage etc. Total approximate cost is approximately $2,000 before tax/shipping.
