INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 3/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. mccormick red pepper, crushed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into large skillet. Cook and stir on medium-high heat until meat is browned.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through, stirring frequently.
  3. Serve over lettuce leaves with sliced green onions, rice and kimchi, if desired.
