This is a deposit to reserve. Approximately 450 pounds hanging weight, 225-250 pounds of packaged meat. 1/2 of all the cuts of the animal (you may have your half cut in anyway you see fit). You can send us an email with your specific requests, or we can call you and discuss all your options. Total approximate cost (depending on hanging) weight is $3,600 before tax/shipping.
