Our beef is Wagyu-Angus cross beef, commonly known as “American Wagyu” or “F1”. Using 100% Wagyu bulls, we can achieve incredible marbling in our beef. Combined with the natural growth of the Angus, we create “beyond prime” beef that is sure to exceed any beef you have tried previously.
